Every one of our field staff is a seasoned capital-planning specialist. They come from various technical areas, including architecture, mechanical engineering, and construction management, and often have decades of experience. At OSI, each of them undergoes a long training process, taking at least six months, to indoctrinate them in our proprietary Observable Systems Approach. Every OSI field associate who comes to your property has participated in dozens or even hundreds of Capital Needs Assessments.

Each associate is also certified by the Building Performance Institute (BPI) as a Building Analyst and has additional certification in Multifamily.
