On July 20, 2011, Todd Trehubenko spoke at the Green Affordable Housing Coalition's inaugural forum, which brought together experts in housing preservation, finance and green retrofits to address some of the challenges and barriers to finding the financial support needed to green existing affordable housing. The presenters examined what green retrofit financing sources are available now, what financing sources are still needed, what the barriers are to activating these sources, and what is coming down the pipeline.
