Recap Advisors is a group of financial analysts, real-estate dealmakers, asset managers, and policy wonks who also have a commitment to the social benefits of affordable housing. Our acquisition by Consolidated American Services means we will continue to grow, as we expand into the asset management of conventional multifamily housing as well.
Our offices are right in the heart of Boston’s active Financial District, an easy walk from Downtown Crossing, Post Office Square, and Quincy Market, in the 1873 Wigglesworth Building.
