Throughout his career, David has been a pioneer in both private housing finance transactions and government policy innovations, including mark-to-market restructuring, acquisition and repositioning, equity takeout, and renewed affordability. Before founding Recap in 1989, David was a partner at The Boston Financial Group.

Christopher Hesen delivers Recap's organizational and administrative infrastructure, including financial control, marketing, human resources, information technology and administration. He has over 20 years of experience in finance, administration and operations management of professional services firms. Chris has held positions as Director of Finance & Administration for a Boston-based international strategic management consulting firm, and Controller and Consulting Manager for two other Boston-based consulting firms.

Michael Coyne is a lead executive in the Transactions group. Previously, Michael founded the Equity Product Group at CB Richard Ellis where he established relationships with real estate investment managers and other institutional investors to build CBRE's joint venture equity placement business. He has structured transactions ranging from senior and mezzanine loans to joint venture equity investments and commingled investment funds for all major property types.

Combined with prior brokerage experience at Apartment Realty Advisors, he has executed over $1.2 billion in multi-housing sales and financings. Prior to his brokerage experience, Travis worked in multi-housing property management with Winn Residential.

Patricia Curley leads Recap's Asset Management group. Prior to joining Recap she was an advisor to First Partners, a Boston syndicator with a portfolio of 40 Low Income Housing Tax Credit investments. For the majority of her career, Patricia worked at Boston Financial where she managed a portfolio of syndicated partnerships, was a senior leader in the asset management department, and arranged financial transactions through HUD-sponsored programs.

She has financed and developed a wide-range of affordable housing preservation and new development projects at a number of public agencies, investment institutions and for-profit and non-profit development companies over the past 20 years. Most recently, she was Executive Director of ETC Development Corporation, a Boston non-profit which owns, operates and develops affordable housing.

Brian Blue is responsible for key asset management functions, including strategic analysis and risk mitigation within various loan portfolios. He also provides recommendations for asset resolution and assists in the implementation of distressed asset plans. He was previously Vice President of Asset Management for Potomac Realty Capital, a specialty real estate finance company focused on structured and permanent finance solutions for all property types, and was an Asset Manager with Arbor Realty Trust/ Arbor Commercial Mortgage, responsible for a portfolio of structured loans with a principal balance in excess of $250 million.

Leslie is a lead consultant in the due diligence and transaction advisory practice areas. Leslie has more than eighteen years of affordable housing experience including underwriting, development and asset management of Section 42 LIHTC, federally assisted and public housing properties. Leslie has worked in the public and non-profit sectors, most recently originating, underwriting and closing a wide range of affordable housing transactions with the Massachusetts Housing Partnership Fund, a public non-profit permanent mortgage lender.

Mr. Silver has been in the real estate industry for approximately 30 years with a primary focus in affordable housing. Neil has been responsible for the creation and oversight of thousands of apartment complexes under the Section 42 tax credit program since its inception in 1986. He has also been involved in many other government subsidized programs including Section 8, Hope 6 and 80/20 bond deals. Neil formed Reigns Capital in 2004 which is a real estate structured finance firm specializing in structuring, placing equity and providing due diligence advice for affordable housing investments. Neil has an exclusive working relationship with Recap Advisors where he brings his experience to focus on representing clients with assets that fall under one of the many affordable housing programs in the New York area.

Rick has been in the real estate industry for approximately 20 years in either a business or legal capacity. Rick's primary responsibilities have been due diligence reviews, valuations, marketing, structuring, placing, documenting, pricing and closing Section 42 tax credit transactions as well as other real estate lease financings. Rick helped form Reigns Capital in 2004 which is a real estate structured finance firm and FINRA registered broker/dealer specializing in structuring, placement of equity and providing due diligence advice for affordable housing investments. Rick has an exclusive working relationship with Recap Advisors bringing his skill set to New York based clients.
